Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of creating a database of Edward Dwurnik’s artworks, research conducted by art historians, and public information regarding the collections that hold Edward Dwurnik’s works. Personal data will be processed based on your consent, which is necessary to include the work you own in the catalog of Edward Dwurnik’s works.

  4. The scope of entrusted data includes personal data necessary to fulfill the above purpose and may include: name(s), surname, address, citizenship, e-mail address.

Recipients to whom we may transfer your personal data will be employees and associates of the Foundation, entities and persons who cooperate with the Foundation in database development, scientists and art historians who study the work of Edward Dwurnik, advisors and consultants who cooperate with the Foundation, suppliers of information systems and IT services, other entities that provide the Foundation with services necessary for its operations.

  6. Your data will not be transferred to third countries, meaning countries outside of the European Economic Area.

  7. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary for their processing or other legal relationships, while in the case of the possible investigation or defense of claims, for the period of limitation of such claims provided by law.

  9. You have the right to request access to your data from the Administrator, correct your data if it is incorrect or outdated, delete your personal data, limit or object your data processing, lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
